A private class will draw all the attention and focus on you which will help you improve your technique in pilates as well as many other things: a better execution of exercises, faster progression, faster results (strength or recovery), and finally a real understanding of the breathing techniques for a better Mind/Body connection.

Semi private classes are great for those want to share a class with a partner, family members or friends. They still allow to give each individuals a lot of attention and a personalised approach to their needs. I can work with people who have different levels as different modifications can be introduced for everyone’s needs. For a continuous flow in the class and a faster progression, I do recommend working with students who have similar levels.
