My classes are based on the Joseph Pilates method, a series of exercises that build strength, increase flexibility and help the overall balance of the body.

    Improvers/Intermediate Level

    The improvers to intermediate classes are suitable for those who are familiar with Pilates and would like to strengthen, lengthen and further challenge the overall balance of the body.
